Manifesting (iOS) · Last updated 1 September 2026

If you are going through something hard

This app is a journal and a ritual. It is not a crisis service, and nobody reads what you write. If you are thinking about harming yourself, or you are frightened by how you feel, please reach out to a person — right now, tonight, whatever the hour.

You are not a burden for asking.

Getting in touch

Write to privacy@makemanifest.app. It reaches the person who builds the app. Please include your iOS version and what you were doing when something went wrong — it makes a real difference to how quickly it can be fixed.

There is no account number to quote and no ticket system. Manifesting is made by one developer.

Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

In the app: Settings → Manifesting Premium. Or in iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Manifesting. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep premium until the period you already paid for ends.

I subscribed but the app says I am on the free plan

Open Settings → Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account you subscribed with. If it still does not appear, write to us.

Can I get my wishes out of the app?

Yes. Settings → Privacy center → Export my data produces a complete JSON file, built on your device, that you can save or send anywhere.

How do I delete everything?

Settings → Privacy center → Delete account & data. This removes your server records and wipes the copies on your device. It cannot be undone — export first if you want to keep anything.

Does the app work without an internet connection?

Mostly, yes. Writing a wish, the ritual, your journal, the moon phase and the widget are all computed on the device. Only AI refining and the delivery of new signs need a connection.

Why can I not refine a wish?

Two reasons, and the app tells you which one it is. Refining happens on a server, so it needs a connection — offline, the composer offers writing starters instead. And free accounts have a monthly refining allowance; once it is used, it returns at the start of the next month.

Choosing to keep your wishes on this device is not one of the reasons: refining still works. It sends the one sentence you asked to have reworded, and we store none of it — that is the single exception to "nothing leaves the device", and it is named in the promises and under the switch in Settings → Privacy center. The privacy policy sets out what the model provider's own terms cover, which is the part we do not control.

I am not getting notifications

Turn on Settings → Daily note in the app and pick a time — if iOS has not been asked yet, it will ask you there. If you already refused once, iOS will not ask again from inside an app; allow it in iOS Settings → Manifesting → Notifications and the app will pick the change up next time you open it.

Do you need my birth date for the astrology?

No, and we never ask for it. The moon phase and planet positions the app shows are the real ones for that date — the same sky for everyone. The optional sun sign is a small personalisation you pick yourself from a list.

A note on what this app promises. Manifesting helps you write intentions and reflect on them over time. It does not promise any outcome, and it is not medical, mental-health or financial advice. If something in the app ever reads as a promise, that is a mistake — please tell us.
