Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and Mesih Malik Kuru ("we") for the use of the Manifesting iOS app. By using the app you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the app.

Who may use it

You must be at least 13 years old. In countries where a higher age is required to agree to terms like these on your own, you must have reached that age or have your parent or guardian's consent.

Your content is yours

Everything you write in the app belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it and no licence to publish it. We use it only to operate the features you asked for, exactly as described in the Privacy Policy.

The AI features

Two features use a language model: refining a wish into an intention, and generating the short "signs" a subscriber receives. Both produce suggestions, not statements of fact:

• Refining reshapes the words you already wrote. You always see the result first and choose to use it, edit it, or keep your own. It never changes what you meant.
• Signs are short reflective messages generated from the wish's category only. They are not predictions and are not personal to your circumstances.
• Model output can be imperfect. Do not rely on it as advice of any kind.

Subscriptions

The app is free to use. An optional subscription, Manifesting Premium, unlocks unlimited wishes, unlimited AI refining, AI-written signs, the 14-day sky calendar, every ritual scene, and up to three 3-6-9 practices at once.

The free trial is offered on the yearly plan only, and only if your Apple Account has not already used it. The monthly plan has no introductory offer and is charged as soon as you confirm the purchase. The app shows the trial on the plan that carries it and states, above the button you press, exactly what you will be charged and when.

Prices are shown in your local currency in the App Store and may differ by country because of local taxes and Apple's regional pricing.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Apple is the seller; we never receive or see your payment details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Apple Account Settings: the iOS Settings app → your name → Subscriptions. The app also offers a shortcut to the same screen under Settings → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are in.
• If you take the free trial and subscribe, any unused part of the trial is forfeited when the paid subscription begins.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms, not by us.

If your subscription ends, the app keeps working: your wishes, journal, check-ins, gallery, export and the free daily practice all remain available.

What we ask of you

Please do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the app or its servers, use it to break the law, or use it in a way that harms other people. We may suspend access that does any of these things.

Availability, and changes to the app

We try to keep the app working, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. Features may change or be removed as the app develops. If a change removes something a subscription paid for, we will say so before it happens.

Ending it

You can stop at any time: delete your account from Settings → Privacy center, and remove the app. That deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything written here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.

Your licence, and the part Apple plays

The app is licensed to you, not sold. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Manifesting on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions — which includes use by other members of your Family Sharing group where Apple allows it. Everything not granted here is reserved.

You downloaded the app from Apple's App Store, and Apple requires that the following is written plainly. It is not boilerplate we can shorten; each line tells you who to go to when something goes wrong.

• This agreement is between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not a party to it. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the app, its content, and everything it does.
• Support is ours. We alone are responsible for maintaining and supporting the app. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance or support for it. Ours is on the support page.
• Warranties are ours. We alone are responsible for any warranty, whether expressed here or implied by law, to the extent it has not been effectively disclaimed. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may tell Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are ours to answer for.
• Claims about the app are ours to answer. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim you or a third party makes relating to the app or your possession and use of it — including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.
• Intellectual-property claims are ours to defend. If a third party claims that the app or your use of it infringes their intellectual property, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
• Export and sanctions. By using the app you confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Third-party terms. You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the app — your wireless carrier's plan, for example.
• Apple can enforce this. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and on your acceptance of them Apple has the right — and is deemed to have accepted the right — to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
• Who to contact. For any question, complaint or claim about the app, write to privacy@makemanifest.app. The postal address of the developer, Mesih Malik Kuru, Ankara, Türkiye, is available on request and in the trader details published on the App Store listing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are announced in the app. The current version always lives at makemanifest.app/terms.
